The entire house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Amenities include: ⭐ Large private swimming pool We offer the option to heat the pool for an additional $80 per night, which applies to all nights of your stay. You may have seen other listings where pool heat is included. This is usually the case for smaller, shallow play pools, where the nightly rate is often increased to cover the cost of heating. Our pool is nearly 40 feet long, with both a play area and a deep section (depth ranging from 3 to 8 feet). It holds a larger volume of water and is more fun, but it requires more resources to heat to a comfortable temperature. To ensure proper preparation, requests to heat the pool must be made and fully paid no later than 48 hours before your arrival. We also ask that the pool cover be kept on when the pool is not in use, especially at night, to prevent heat loss. If you’re unsure whether to heat the pool, let us know! We’re happy to share current weather information and provide guidance on expected water temperatures during your stay. We also do regular maintenance to keep things in great shape. - Pool cleaning takes place every Tuesday. - Landscaping is done every four weeks on Friday. - Propane for the pool may be delivered at any time. These contractors access the backyard through the left-side gate without knocking and typically finish quickly.

Removing the pool vacuum from the pool or throwing rocks or gravel into the pool is not allowed. Any resulting damages or pool services required will be billed to the guest. - Please do not tamper with or cover security cameras, as this will result in the termination of your stay without a refund. - Check-in time is flexible and begins after 4 PM, while check-out is by 11 AM. Late check-outs not pre-approved will result in a fee of $50 per hour. - To ensure a peaceful environment, please refrain from playing loud music or causing disturbances, especially after 10 PM. - If you notice any damages during your stay, please report them to us immediately.
